Browse through our store and add the products that you would like to purchase to your checkout cart. Proceed to the checkout page and pay either with credit card, debit card or EFT.
2. Pay with Credit Card, Debit Card or EFT
If you have paid with Credit Card or Debit Card through our gateway partner, then this step is complete for you. If you have elected to pay with EFT, then you will have 60 minutes to make payment otherwise the transaction will be cancelled.
3. Proof of payment confirmation
If you elected to pay via EFT, then please email through the proof of payment to accelerate the confirmation of your order. If you have paid with Credit Card or Debit Card, then you will receive a confirmation as soon as the funds have cleared.
Once the funds have cleared our account and your order is ready for dispatch, an email will be sent to you with the courier company details and waybill number. Please do call the courier company or MetCon to track your parcel.
Delivery of our products will take between 7-10 working days for national deliveries i.e. South Africa.
Should your proof of payment not be received within the 1hr time-frame, your order is automatically cancelled and you would need to contact email@example.com directly or re-order using our online platform.
You may place your order 24 hours a day, seven days a week basing your order on our online price indications. However please note that orders will only be processed during trading hours as listed below.
Business hours are Monday to Thursday 08h30 to 15h00 and Fridays 08h30 to 13h30. Should your order fall within business hours, your order and price fixing will be confirmed the same day. If the order is placed after business hours, your order will be processed the next business day. Public Holidays are considered as after business hours.
